Personal Experience

Alex has a wealth of experience across the full scope of Family Law matters including Financial Remedy, Child Arrangements, International Child Abduction, Contested Divorce, Pre- and Post-Nuptial Agreements, Property Disputes, Domestic Abuse, and matters involving children’s services.

Alex also has extensive experience conducting advocacy at all stages of litigation and before all levels of judiciary up to and including being granted rights of audience before the High Court.

Alex always strives to offer direct, transparent, and straightforward legal advice, particularly in complex or sensitive matters which require a kind and empathetic hand. He is passionate about delivering measurable outcomes for clients in the most amicable manner and with the shortest possible timeline.

Education

Alex studied Law at Keele University and went on to complete a Master of Laws and the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law (Bloomsbury) being awarded a distinction.

Background

Prior to joining Grayfords, Alex trained and practiced in a busy full-service family department in London. Quickly gaining significant experience in the full range of family matters.

Whilst studying, Alex was part of a multidisciplinary legal outreach programme with the aim of promoting access to justice for vulnerable clients and so has been representing and assisting clients in Family matters since 2014.
