Personal Experience

Kirsty has a broad range of experience in dealing with all aspects of private family law matters. This includes divorce and Civil Partnerships, Financial Remedy Applications, Consent Orders, Variation and Enforcement Applications, Pre and Post-Nuptial Agreements, Child Arrangements, TOLATA and Cohabitation matters and Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders.

Kirsty aims to provide comprehensive and helpful advice to clients from the outset of their matters. Kirsty always strives to be friendly and approachable so that clients feel as comfortable as possible whilst they are facing challenging events in their personal lives.

Education

Kirsty studied Law at the University of Hertfordshire. She then went on to complete her Legal Practice Course and Masters of Law at BPP University (Holborn).

Background

Before she joined Grayfords, Kirsty has previously worked at full-service law firms in Surrey and London dealing with all aspects of family law matters.

Kirsty also recently worked in a specialist family law firm prior to joining Grayfords.
